Tree Change Dolls

Tree Change Dolls is a project about taking old discarded toys and giving them a new lease on life, cerated by an artist, illustrator and science communicator based in Hobart, Tasmania. Facebook.

quote: "...these dolls have been rescued and rehabilitated from op-shops and tip shops around Tasmania. These lil fashion dolls have opted for a "tree change", swapping high-maintenance glitz 'n' glamour for down-to-earth style. I hand repaint the dolls faces, mold new shoes, and my Mum sews and knits their clothing. My sisters and I grew up playing with second-hand dolls and home-made toys in the beautiful Tasmanian natural environment. I love the satisfaction of repairing and reusing discarded items to give them a new lease on life".

Geeklendar 2014-2015 backstage

Next geeklendar is for the year 3333 (or 2015, they are identical).
The new calendar contains 12 programming languages that have appeared in the 21st century, and they may conquer the world. The project was shooted from December 2013 to September 2014, it was attended by 12 models: K., Olga, Stasya, Nata Lie, Lera, Maria, Darina, V., Margo, Polina, Natalie, Olya. Roxi D’Lite: The Bad Girl of Burlesque

Roxi D’Lite is one of the world’s premier burlesque performers and a Queen of Burlesque at the Burlesque Hall of Fame in Las Vegas. (Roxi D'Lite @ Ello)
There has been no shortage of accolades for Roxi in her illustrious career. In the past year alone Roxi was invited to compete in the Exotic Dancer Invitational where she won the titles of Showgirl Champion and Best Dancer. Two weeks later Roxi entered the Grand Prix of Exotic Dance winning the titles of Best Exotic Performance, Best Burlesque Performance and crowned the 2014 World Champion of Exotic Dance. But it was back in 2010 when Roxi first made her name by becoming one of the youngest performers to ever be crowned Miss Exotic World by the Burlesque Hall of Fame in Las Vegas. For five consecutive years Roxi has been voted by her peers one of the “Top 10 Burlesque Performers” in the world.

Lorenzo Sperlonga was born in 1969 in Rome, Italy and he has been living in Los Angeles, California since 1997. He is an internationally acclaimed pin up artist who has explored all the intriguing facets of this very successful and popular genre.
Moving from glamour to fetish, from pulp to fantasy, he always paints the most provocative girls in their most suggestive behaviors. He exclusively works with old fashion techniques as acrylics, watercolors, pencils and occasionally with oils.
